Check back soon — we're working on something worth waiting for.
Every process has a recipe. Every recipe has steps. Every step has parameters. Smart-LX® Analytics watches all of them — continuously — and alerts the right people the moment something drifts outside where it should be.
Talk to a Strategist →A process running "out of control" doesn't mean chaos — it means the process has drifted outside its defined parameters. The oven isn't at temperature yet. The conveyor is moving too fast. The seal area isn't clean. These aren't catastrophic failures. They're quiet deviations that produce bad product, wasted material, and liability — cycle after cycle, until someone catches it.
Smart-LX® Analytics monitors every step of your process against the recipe you define. When a parameter drifts — temperature, timing, position, flow, presence, or absence — the platform doesn't wait for an operator to notice. It acts immediately: alerting your team, logging the event, and where configured, stopping the process before the next step runs on bad inputs.
Your recipe. Your parameters. Your rules. Smart-LX® enforces them automatically.
A heat treat cycle has a defined soak time — but only after the oven reaches the required temperature. If the timer starts before the oven is ready, parts run through an incomplete cycle and leave undertreated. No visible defect. No alarm. Just parts that don't meet spec.
Temperature alone doesn't guarantee a fully cooked product — dwell time does. If conveyor speed drifts even slightly, product moves through the heat zone too quickly. The oven is at spec. The temperature sensors look fine. But the product isn't cooked all the way through.
A compromised seal looks fine from the outside. But debris — even a small fragment of product — caught in the seal area creates a failure point that may not show up until the package is in distribution or at the customer. The sealer ran. The package moved on. The defect shipped.
Smart-LX® Analytics doesn't care what sensors you use or who makes them. Thermal cameras, vision systems, temperature probes, flow meters, proximity sensors, encoders, pressure transducers — if it produces a signal, Smart-LX® can read it, interpret it, and act on it.
We select the right sensor for the job — not the one that fits a proprietary ecosystem. That means faster deployment, better coverage, and solutions that are purpose-built for your specific process rather than retrofitted around a platform's limitations.
When a process needs attention, Smart-LX® routes the alert to exactly who should know — operators on the floor, maintenance teams, shift supervisors, or senior management. Notifications include sensor data, trend context, and recommended action so the person receiving it arrives informed, not guessing.
Immediate alerts at the point of production. Stop the cycle before it advances.
Detailed fault data and context so the right tools and parts arrive with the technician.
Shift-level visibility into process health across lines, areas, or facilities.
Machine-to-machine signals that trigger automatic responses without human intervention.
Embedded Logix maintains Solution Partner relationships with leading sensor, imaging, and automation brands across the industry. We select the right technology for your specific application — not what fits a vendor agreement. Our partnerships mean faster access to the best hardware, factory support, and the expertise to deploy it correctly.
Tell us what you make, what your process looks like, and where your control problems happen. We'll show you exactly where Smart-LX® fits — and what it would take to put your process back in control.
